Mark Shadbolt founded Chiltern Developments in 2010. Prior to this he worked at Savills Plc based in the West End in London. Mark was part of the National Development Team and worked on various commercial, residential and mixed use schemes in London and across the South East. Responsibilities included the acquisition and disposal of development sites, development consultancy and valuation.

Chiltern Developments is involved in residential and mixed use projects and has expertise in the full development process, from land acquisition through to delivery of the end product.

We seek to add value at each stage of the development process, from land acquisition and assembly, through the design stage, planning, construction and leasing/sales.

We are based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and undertake projects in the local area with current and recent developments in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
