Chiltern Developments was a partner in this comprehensive town centre development in Hitchin.

The redevelopment comprised of two phases, the first, a new four storey block on Hermitage Road, with commercial uses at ground floor and residential above, and to the rear fronting Portmill Lane, a 60 bedroom hotel. The second phase was a further block of large high specification apartments including two stunning penthouses. The scheme also included improvements to the River Hiz walkway and a widened link between Hermitage Road and Portmill Lane.

The project was completed in 2016.
